The other week I posted about DSLRs...this week it's point and shoot.

I've been saying for the last year that I want a waterproof Olympus point and shoot to put in my bag...but I've still never gotten one. Now I'm kind of glad! I DID NOT know that Nikon now has a waterproof camera. :P I want it!!

Top 11 Point and Shoot Cameras

I was really surprised by how many of these cameras are the big and bulky zoom p&s cameras.

I have a Fuji Finepix in my purse - I've had it for years and I love it!

I've been looking at water proof cameras too, don't want to spend a lot though, since I won't use it that much. Any suggestions?

There is a much bigger selection of waterproof cameras this year! That's good, but they are still a little on the pricey side. Usually right there at $200 for a decent model.

I just have noticed though, Best Buy has a super cheap, super basic Nikon for right at $110. It's very basic though, 2 AA batteries kind of basic. But it does shoot 720p HD video....underwater. That's pretty cool.

I was looking at Best Buy but I didn't see that one. Will have to look online. Thanks!

I have one of the little Canons. It's older, but still takes great pictures. I used to carry it in my purse, but now my iPhone has replaced it since it takes pretty good pictures. But when I don't want to lug my big Nikon, I take the Canon.
